Student Life
The students of our department form a diverse and vibrant part of the CIS community. There are many different ways to get involved in student life at UAB CIS outside of the classroom, including our student chapter of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), research opportunities throughout our research laboratories or through the Undergraduate Honors Research program, becoming a tutor in the CIS Tutoring program, or creating a student web site.
